Capable of supporting one additional passenger, the Mongoose boasts impressive speed and maneuverability second only to the vehicleâ?TMs larger cousin, the M831 Troop Transport. Lacking both weapons and armor, and leaving the driver and passenger exposed, the Mongoose is dependent on the armed passenger; in accordance with UNSC Marine Corps protocol, a Mongoose will typically be accompanied by a passenger equipped with an M41 Rocket Launcher.
